Courses
Scenic and challenging courses include the 5K run flat
and rolling hill loop (10K = 2 loops) on roads and the
Portneuf Greenway along the Portneuf River. The 30K bike
course (slightly shorter at 16.2 miles) is an out-and-back that ventures to the Mink Creek
recreation area and includes a low incline climb with a 500'
vertical gain. The duathlon is a bike, then run format
(similar to triathlon). Easy transition set up. For kids
ages 2 to 10, courses include the run (0.3-0.6 miles) and
bike (0.55-1.0 miles). The ultimate format for
participants, fans and support group! Fun festival
atmosphere during your event!
