The rolling hill and flat
out-and-back 6K course is on the low traffic dead end street of South Shore
Drive along Donner Lake. The 1K kids run is on a portion of the same course
before the full length runs begin, so parents and fans can cheer on the kids
before running their own event. The lakeside breakfast has a social
festival atmosphere after your run.

Truckee, CA.

6000m Run (6K / 3.7 miles)
and
1000m Kids Run (1K / 0.6 miles)
events. Finish line on the shore of Donner
Lake.
- Donner Lake Run 6000m at
6000' eco-friendly stainless steel water bottle
for all participants registered by September 1.
Then first come availability after that.
- Complimentary Breakfast on the shore of
Donner Lake for all participants.
- Age-group division awards presented by Peak Mile
Stones and other sponsors. Timed event.
Top 3 finisher in age-groups get awards. The
Peak Mile Stones necklace is a custom
handcrafted pewter stone with a run pictograph
on a leather cord.

Pavilion on the Point privately reserved beach.
Enjoy a day at the lake after your run. Soak up
the sun, go for a swim, picnic, stand up
paddleboard, kayak, nap on the beach, and more.

Sacramento.

Note: Truckee Donner Recreation and Parks has a $4 entry fee for
West End Beach. Participants registration includes a full
day entry fee for the park. Spectators can come watch the
race at the Pavilion on the Point without paying the park entry
fee. If non-participants would like to stay in the park
after the race, they need to pay at West End Beach.
